Healthy Congregations Workshops are based on material created by Dr. Peter Steinke. They offer the opportunity for congregational leaders to:
· Learn Family Systems Theory and its application to the church.
· Discover the systems present in their congregation
· Understand what it means to be a leader in the system
· Gain insights into ways to move a congregation toward a healthier, more faithful life together.
